Today I interviewed Jonathan Day, owner of El Pan de la Chola. If you haven't been there it is worth a visit because he has a recipe out of this world. Jonathan prepares break like no other bakery does. He is a master in the kitchen.
I was very nervous to interview the owner of the BEST bakery in Lima, honestly he seems like a very busy man and I felt privileged to get an interview with him. At 8:30 am I arrived to his small shop in La Mar and asked a waiter for him. As he approached my table he was very confused to meet with a 17 year old, he probably expected an older journalist. Jonathan was very kind and down to earth man. The way he told his story so passionately and detailed captivated me and kept me ongoing on the conversation. It was a wonderful experience talking to someone who is so passionate about what he does.

I couldn't resist the smell of the fresh bread so I ate a delicious breakfast with my friend Axelle who accompanied me. It was very good! Get ready for my next article!
