Introvert or Extrovert?

I consider myself an introvert not only because I am very shy. In the beginning I used to consider it as one of my weaknesses but now I've come to realize that beign an introvert has helped me be a good listener. Most of the times while talking in discussions either in my class or at home I have found that I am the type of person that likes to listen instead of the one that always had something to share or say. This has helped me become a very reflective person because since I constantly hear things I think about them over and over again as people talk and I come up with my own conclusions. Beign introvert has helped me become a very reflective person, even though I sometimes over think and yes it's not the best thing I've learn to think over my actions and realize what I've done right or wrong.

Creating videos for Story Time

Today we took the time to discuss the efficiency of the production of videos for Story Time. We realized that group work is not helping us because we all need to learn to film, edit and plan. Also we realized that the person who plans it has a completely different vision than the one who films it and edits it, so in order for the video to come out good the producer (person who plans it) must be with the other people all the time, while filming and editing. Otherwise the video comes out very weird since the perspective changes through different people.

As we were discussing we realized that it was better for the group to help each other film different events but each one of us had to produce a video otherwise we were going to have this problem of perspective and also by working independently we would all learn to plan, film and edit a video.

Video making is an important technique since even though we might only consider it as a hobby it is actually very useful when it comes to business. People love watching videos, many prefer watching videos than reading things. Therefore if a company wants to sell itself effectively it is more successful to do a video because it grabs the attention of a wider audience. Also video is very useful since it's a great to tell stories, and as talked about previously story telling is one of the most important skills needed for business. People want to hear stories and we want to find the most effective way to tell them and speed them around.

What is ICC?

Today I released my second video for Story Time! It was my first time using Premiere, it was hard but I like it. As I edit more videos I will get better at editing with this program. The video is very cool however it still lacks a little of emotion which could be improved by filming again people who are very excited, ICC is the event of high school so people need to feel that energy and excitement.

While uploading the video I learned that when you upload a video to You Tube and the quality is higher than 720p you need to use tags in order to import them in a higher or original quality. In other words tags are not only used to help you classify your videos but they also read codes for uploading
